Maynor Construction LLC was founded in 2014 after years of hands-on experience in home restoration and new construction. Our goal is simple: to help homeowners feel confident and supported through every step of their project.
We offer design-and-build services, working with trusted engineers and architects to plan and build spaces that fit your needs and your vision. We also help homeowners after fire, hail, wind, or water damage by guiding them through the repair process and working alongside insurance claims.
Every construction project comes with important decisions, and sometimes challenges. That’s why we focus on clear communication, realistic timelines, and quality workmanship you can rely on. From remodeling and additions to full restorations, we handle the details and keep you informed so you always know what’s happening.

MAYNOR CLEMENTE
Founder and CEO
Maynor was only'
15 years old when he
came to the United
States. He has learned a lot throughout the years. His life has not been easy at all but those trials have only made his faith in God stronger. His perseverance and integrity shows in all he does for the company but most importantly, for his family.
Maynor is an individual who is deeply committed to broadening his knowledge. You will find him reading the latest book in the construction business-related genre or testing out a new program that will make our work more efficient.
Despite his busy work schedule, he makes sure to spend quality time with his family. It's truly admirable how he leads by example and shows his children the importance of hard work and commitment. Whether it's playing soccer, practicing karate, or just sharing a good laugh, Maynor clearly values these special moments with his kids and puts in the effort to make them happen.
DIANA
DE LOS SANTOS
Office Manager
Diana graduated from
the University of
Indianapolis with a
degree in Elementary Education and worked
as a 2nd grade teacher. With the support of her husband, Maynor, she left teaching to care for their children at home.
At that time, the company started to expand, which confirmed her decision to leave teaching and embrace God's plan for their family and business.
Currently, Diana has many responsibilities; from running our website to managing finances and everything in between. In order to maintain a high level of efficiency and productivity within the business, she is actively seeking out opportunities for both herself and the employees to receive additional training and skill development. This ongoing commitment to professional development is a key component for achieving continued success and growth.

DOMINGO
SOLIS
Field Manager
Domingo joined our
team in 2023.
Despite not having
much experience in
construction, he has consistently displayed a great level of responsibility, reliability, and dedication to his job. His contributions to our team have not gone unnoticed, and we are thrilled to have him as a valuable member of our company.
In the event of any emergency service needed, you best believe that Domingo will be there, along with Maynor, to make sure that everything gets taken care of and under control.
