Cabinet Return & Refund Policy

At our company, we work with both custom cabinetry and trusted third-party brands to deliver the best solutions for your project. Because of the nature of these products, the following policy applies:

Custom & Special Orders

All custom-built, made-to-order, or modified cabinets are non-returnable and non-refundable once production or ordering has begun.

Third-Party Brand Cabinets

We partner with various cabinet manufacturers and suppliers. Products sourced from these brands are subject to the manufacturer’s individual return policies.

• Return eligibility, timelines, and restocking fees may vary
   

• Customers are responsible for any applicable restocking or shipping fees
   

• We will assist in coordinating returns when applicable
   

Stock Cabinets

Unused and uninstalled stock cabinets may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

• Items are in original condition and packaging
   

• Proof of purchase is provided
   

• A restocking fee of up to 25% will apply
   

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect all products upon delivery. Any damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours.
We will work promptly with you and the supplier to repair, replace, or resolve the issue.

Installation Policy

Once cabinets have been installed, they are considered accepted and are no longer eligible for return or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if materials have been ordered or production has started.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, minus any applicable fees.
